Pork Stew with Vegetables Rojo

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Pork Butt, cut up
- 2 Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 2 Sweet Onions
- 1 jar Door County Pantry's Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa
- Water or Chicken Broth to thin
Instructions
- Sautee veggies and pork in EVOO
- Add Door County Pantry's Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa and cook
- Stew for 2 hours on stove top on medium, or Stew at 175 in dutch oven 6 hours, or Slow cooker low all day.
- Serve over brown rice or farro.
