Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds of Pork Butt, cut up
  2. 2 Carrots
  3. 2 stalks Celery
  4. 2 Sweet Onions
  5. 1 jar Door County Pantry's Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa
  6. Water or Chicken Broth to thin
Instructions
  1. Sautee veggies and pork in EVOO
  2. Add Door County Pantry's Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa and cook
  3. Stew for 2 hours on stove top on medium, or Stew at 175 in dutch oven 6 hours, or Slow cooker low all day.
  4. Serve over brown rice or farro.
