Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 16-18 shrimp
- ½ cup Serrano Honey Balsamic
- EVOO
- 1 jar Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa
- 1 teaspoon chipotle flakes
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in serrano honey balsamic covered in refrigerator for 4-6 hours
- In sauce pan stew roja salsa with chipotle flakes for 30 minutes
- Sautée marinated shrimp in sauté pan with EVOO 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Pour ½ cup of warm chipotle sauce on platter and place 8 shrimp over sauce
