Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds 16-18 shrimp
  2. ½ cup Serrano Honey Balsamic
  3. EVOO
  4. 1 jar Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa
  5. 1 teaspoon chipotle flakes
Instructions
  1. Marinate shrimp in serrano honey balsamic covered in refrigerator for 4-6 hours
  2. In sauce pan stew roja salsa with chipotle flakes for 30 minutes
  3. Sautée marinated shrimp in sauté pan with EVOO 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour ½ cup of warm chipotle sauce on platter and place 8 shrimp over sauce
