  1. 3 lbs beef roast cubed
  2. Cilantro
  3. roasted onion
  4. Olive oil
  5. 1 jar Mojo Rosa's Roja Salsa (available on Door County Pantry website or in local stores)
  1. Cube roast trimming beef as you go
  2. Place in dutch oven with 1 tbsp cilantro, roasted onion, olive oil and sautée until brown
  3. Pour Roja Salsa over over meat and stir
  4. Place in 275 oven and cook for 6-8 hours
  5. Stir every 4 hours or until desired consistency
  1. Serves 4
